Vegan Orange Tart

Instructions:

Add sugar and coconut oil to the machine and beat it
until completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).

Pour in the flour and beat. Still pour 1 tablespoon ground linseed and 3 tablespoons water (as an egg substitute), and pour a little cold water.

After the yeast has cooled and softened, we wrap it and leave it in the fridge for an hour to rest.

Between two large flour-lined baking sheets, put the yeast and roll with the rolling pin slowly open as it is between the baking sheets.
Return flour as needed.

Then we place it in the tart shape while we smear it with coconut butter, trying to touch it all over the surface of the form. Put something heavy inside (such as legumes) and bake the tart in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for half an hour.

Then remove it from the oven and coat it with coconut oil and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes at 180 ° C.

For the cream:
Heat the almonds in a small saucepan over a medium heat and as soon as they start to steam we pour 8 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and 20 tablespoons of water or orange juice together with the sugar we have beaten until to have a homogeneous mixture.
In addition pour orange zest.

Finally we pour the filling over the base of our tart. Reduce the temperature of our oven to 150 ° C and bake for another 30 minutes until the tart is firm.

Once is ready, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

When it cools down we add (preferably) orange jam and if you wish to decorate it, cut orange slices and spread them on the tart!
