Potato burgers with turmeric, linseed & chia seeds
Instructions:
Grate the potatoes and the onion with a grater. we put them in a strainer and try to squeeze them with our hands as far as possible to get the water out.
we need a dry mix.
Pour the grated ingredients into a bowl and add the rest. Mix well to form a homogeneous mixture. If the potatoes take extra water, pour it out of the bowl to prevent it from dripping.
Take the mixture and fold it with our hands to get the burger size. Put some olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and let it burn over medium to high heat.
Place the burgers and let them dry well and tighten before turning.
If the oil has survived, pour another to cook the potato and let it dry.
