Cinnamon cookies
Instructions:
Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, clover and nutmeg.
Using an electric mixer, mix the oil, sparkling water, cognac, the juice and zest of the lemon or orange.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
Start kneading when you are sure that the dough is thick enough and add flour if needed.
Put the biscuits in a tray with baking sheet and bake at 180 c for 15-20′
Delicious and crunchy cinnamon cookies, easily and quickly.

- ½ κg coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp clove
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cognac or any liquor of choice
- a little zest and juice from a lemon or orange
- 1 tsp sparkling water
