ΖΕΛΑΤΙΝΗ ΣΕ ΦΥΛΛΑ ΒΙΟ Η ζελατίνη, ένα πολύ διαδεδομένο συστατικό για την παρασκευή φαγητών αλλά κυρίως γλυκών, είναι ζωικής προέλευσης (υπάρχει και φυτική όπως το αγαρ αγαρ αλλά είναι ακριβή και δεν έχει την ίδια σύσταση) και η κύρια ιδιότητά της είναι η πηκτικότητα. Την παίρνουμε από τα οστά των ζώων και είναι καθαρή πρωτείνη με σκοπό να συνδέει, να ενώνει και να θρέφει.. Δύσκολα θα λάβεις τις πολύτιμες ουσίες της από τις τροφές σου καθώς δεν καταναλώνεις οστά, όμως οι σπάνιες ιδιότητές της είναι άκρως πολύτιμες και σημαντικές για τον άνθρωπο. Η ζελατίνη αποτελεί πηκτικό μέσο και χρησιμοποιείται τόσο στη ζαχαροπλαστική όσο και στη μαγειρική. Περιέχονται 6 φύλλα ζελατίνης τα οποία διαλύονται εύκολα και δεν σβολιάζουν. Τα φύλλα θεωρούνται πιο εύχρηστα, γιατί διαλύονται εύκολα, δεν σβολιάζουν και επιπλέον έχουν το πλεονέκτημα ότι κάθε φύλλο αποτελεί συγκεκριμένη δόση, πάνω στην οποία έχουν προσαρμοστεί πολλές συνταγές. We offer free shipping for orders over 50 euro until 8 kilos, but this is only available within Greece.

Return Policy
All products purchased from the e-shop HouseOfDeli.gr can be returned for replacement with products of equal or greater value as long as the packaging has not been altered or opened.
Product Value is the price of the product at the purchase price. The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt and to refund.
