Organic Mix Lentils With Rice 500gr

Strange as it may seem, it is a traditional Greek dish with high nutritional value and origins from a very long time ago.
The particularity of this dish is due to the combination of legume with rice that gives a high biological protein comparable to meat.

SPECIALIZED SALAD

Materials for 2 people

1 bag FABRICATED 500g ALL BIO
50g of ALL BIO hemp seeds
1 laurel leaf
1 carrot
1/2 pepper yellow, or red
1 tomato
1 fresh onion
2 tbsp capers
olive oil
apple cider vinegar ALL BIO
petimedes ALL BIO
salt of Messolonghi
a little oregano
Recipe

Wash and boil the lentil with bay leaf as it softens without melting. Strain and keep aside.
When it cools, transfer it to a salad.
Cut tomato and pepper into cubes, removing the seeds completely.
Cut the onion into washer.
Grate the carrot on the grater (on the thick side).
Add all the ingredients together with the hemp seeds to the salad and mix well.
Add oil, vinegar, oil, mix well and mix.
Allow to refrigerate and serve as a main course or as a side dish.
