The Greek beans of Prespa meats are white in color and stand out from other beans from other regions and countries in their shape, size, brightness of the product and of course their quality. It is thin-skinned (50 ‘minutes boiling and 60’ thick) with a special taste due to the microclimate and the soil texture of the Prespa area.

Giants beens are a vegetarian appetizer consisting of large dried beans , a variety of Phaseolus Coccineous) cooked in tomato sauce. Also the giants cook in soup (the famous Greek bean soup).

The seed is of local origin and the cultivation is quite traditional. They have a high nutritional value completely in line with the philosophy of healthy Mediterranean diet.
