Η κινόα ή κουϊνόα είναι θάμνος που οι σπόροι του τρώγονται και υπάρχουν σε πολλά χρώματα: άσπρο, κόκκινο, μαύρο αλλά και μπλε. Η επιστημονική του ονομασία είναι Chenopodium quinoa (Χηνοπόδιον η κινόα) και ανήκει στα ψευτοδημητριακά. Προέρχεται από τη Νότια Αμερική. Καλλιεργήθηκε από τους Ίνκας περίπου από το 3000 π.χ.
Η κινόα είχε μεγάλη διατροφική σημασία για τους προκολομβιανούς πολιτισμούς των Άνδεων. Ήταν η δεύτερη κύρια τροφή μετά την πατάτα και ακολουθούνταν από το καλαμπόκι.
Σήμερα χαίρει υψηλής εκτίμησης για τη διατροφική του αξία και τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη την έχουν κατατάξει ως υπερτροφή για την υψηλή της περιεκτικότητα σε πρωτεΐνη (13%).
Βιολογική Τρίχρωμη Κινόα που αποτελείται από έναν ισορροπημένο συνδυασμό Λευκών, Κόκκινων και Μαύρων σπόρων, χωρίς γλουτένη, με εξαιρετική θρεπτική αξία και υπέροχη γεύση. Έχει υψηλή περιεκτικότητα σε σίδηρο, μαγνήσιο, φώσφορο και άλλα ιχνοστοιχεία ενώ είναι η μόνη φυσική τροφή που περιέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα αμινοξέα. Είναι εύπεπτη διότι δεν περιέχει γλουτένη.
Η κινόα μπορεί να αντικαταστήσει οποιαδήποτε συνταγή φτιάχνεται με ρύζι, είναι ιδανική σε σούπες και σαλάτες ή ως εναλλακτική λύση σε κοινά δημητριακά. Οι δυνατότητές της, σαν υλικό μαγειρικής, είναι απεριόριστες ενώ επίσης μαγειρεύεται πολύ γρήγορα.

Return Policy
All products purchased from the e-shop HouseOfDeli.gr can be returned for replacement with products of equal or greater value as long as the packaging has not been altered or opened.
