The sushi rice Royal Orient is a Japanese rice, especially for sushi. The round grains stick together when cooking and are therefore perfect for sushi. This strain is especially popular in Japan and Korea. Likewise, this rice can also be served as a side dish
Ingredients: 100% rice
Suggested use: Wash the rice several times in water. Boil 2 cups of rice in 2 1/4 cups of water. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes in a covered container before use.
