Ajinomoto Oyakata Ramen Shoyu with soy sauce flavor is a traditional Japanese noodle soup with a characteristic, intense flavor of soy sauce, with chives and black pepper.

Ingredients : Instant noodles (88%): wheat flour (gluten), palm oil, modified starch, salt, raising agents (E500, E501). Seasonings (12%): 24% soy sauce powder (soybeans, wheat (gluten), maltodextrin, salt), salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), sugar, chicken extract powder (chicken extract, maltodextrin, salt), caramelized sugar, flavourings (contains wheat (gluten)), garlic powder, onion powder, chicken fat, maltodextrin, dried chives, black pepper, hydrolyzed maize protein (hydrolyzed maize protein, salt), acidity regulator (E270). May contain milk, crustaceans, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, eggs, fish, celery, mustard and sesame. Preparation: crush noodles into a bowl, add seasonings from the sachet. Pour over with 450 ml of hot water. Cover and leave for 3 min. Stir, serve and enjoy straightaway! Storage conditions: store in dry, cool and dark place
