Steamed Banana Cake Flour 340gr

Ingredients : rice starch , tapioca starch

INTRUCTION FOR USE :

Dissolve 340g flour with 510 ml of water absolutely.
Slice ripe large bananas (2kg), and then add 200g – 230g sugar ( optionally).
Put the mixture ( flour, bananas, sugar) into the pot and cook and stir until thickened with low heat .
Pour the cooked mixture into steamer applied oil.
Heat the steamer of boiling water for 20 minutes (depending on thick or thin cake )
Steamed banana cakes are used with cooked coconut milk and toasted sesame seeds.

Note: 2 steamers with 24cm in diameter by 1 package of 340g flour
