Scientific name: Vanilla Planifolia. Description: Climbing plant, the only one that produces edible fruit with industrial uses. It belongs to the Orchidaceae family with nearly 90 species. Origins: Native in tropical zones.

Technique: Extracted with the use of the Absolute process, which is the best for the production of pure essential oil. Composition: Concentration of eugenol and vanillin (hydroxybenzaldehyde). Scent Soft, intoxicating, sweet. Country: India.

QUALITIES
Anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory, soothing, anti-septic, expectorant, anti-oxidant, detoxing agent.

USES
Against cough, bronchitis, infections, contagion, fever. It relaxes the brain and nerve function; it enhances the sense of euphoria. It provides relief from stress, anxiety, tension.
