Scientific name: Mentha Arvensis. Description: Aromatic plant of the Lamiaceae family. History: Known use throughout history as an analgesic, cough suppressant and decongestant in cases of stuffy nose and difficulty breathing.

MINT – “BIOLOGOS” ESSENTIAL OIL
Technique: Extracted from the leaves of the plant during flowering, through steam distillation. Composition: Contains tanins: menthone (ketone) and menthol (alcohol). The second has been proven equally analgesic as paracetamol in case of headache. Scent: Strong and spicy. Country: India.

QUALITIES
Powerful anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic, anti-convulsant.

USES
Cough, common cold, dyspnea, stomach pain, headache, toothache, muscle pain, nausea, indigestion, colic. It regulates liver function. As excellent antiseptic and widespread antidote for bad breath, it prevents the development of microbes and microorganisms. It enhances concentration and clarity of mind.
